The Governing Body of the college has appointed different sub-committees for the smooth functioning of its academic, administrative, and financial activities with the Principal acting as the secretary and representatives of the teachers, librarian, non-teaching staff, and students.
Finance Committee- The Finance Committee overlooks the entire financial activity of the college. It checks and approves the bills submitted by the different vendors, issues e-tender, and work orders, ratifies the recommendations of the Purchase Committee, and also ensures that there are no financial malpractices.
Academic Committee- The academic committee of the college monitors and strives toward achieving higher academic standards. The committee monitors the preparation of the timetable, and the academic calendar, and also organizes various seminars.
Admission Committee-The admission committee monitors the process of online admission.
Examination Committee-The examination committee is in charge of conducting various examinations. Some of these are internal and some are University exams. The committee supervises the smooth conduction of all the examinations by closely coordinating with all the teachers and the office staff.
Library Committee- The Library Committee looks after the various activities of the library such as digitalizing the catalogue, installation of library software, purchase of books, magazines, journals, etc.
Cultural Committee-The cultural committee organizes various cultural programmes such as Rabindra Jayanti, Baishe Shrabon, Bhasha Dibas, etc.
Sports Committee-The sports committee organizes sports activities for the students, teaching, and office staff.
Purchase Committee-The purchase committee recommends the list of items which are to be purchased for various purposes and its proposal is sent to the Finance Committee for approval.
Building Committee- The Building Committee of the college supervises the extension and construction of the college building.
PF Committee- The PF (Provident Fund) Committee keeps a record of the PF account of all the employees of the college and sanctions loans on the basis of personal applications subject to the fulfillment of necessary conditions.
Tour Committee-The tour committee oversees the tours organized by the various departments.
