Reading room facility is available from 11.30AM &#8211; 4.00 PM on all working days.<br \/>\n. Library remains closed on Sundays and Public Holidays only as per University holiday list.<br \/>\n. All Teaching, Non-teaching staff members and students are the members of the Library.<br \/>\n. All teaching staff including Librarian is allowed to lend maximum 10 books from the library. However, if the holding of books surpasses more than 30<br \/>\ndays, then a renewal is mandatory.<br \/>\n. The administrative staff members, library staff, laboratory assistants etc are allowed to borrow upto 5 books only, at a time for 1 month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For student members:<\/strong><br \/>\n. Honours student can borrow upto four books at a time depending on the availability of the same in the library for 14 days, which can be further<br \/>\nrenewed for a maximum period of another 14 days.<br \/>\n. Students of General Course can borrow three books from the library for 14 days for home use.<br \/>\n. Students can reissue their borrowed books maximum twice, provided that books have not been on demand by any other members of the library.<br \/>\n. Overdue charge for the students is <strong>Rs. 1.00<\/strong> per day per book.<br \/>\n. No Journals\/Magazines are issued for home use, either to students or any staff.<br \/>\n. In case of any urgent requirement, special permission is to be taken from the Principal\/TIC\/Librarian.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Loss of Library Books:<\/strong><br \/>\n. In case of loss of Library book, the latest edition of the lost book is to be purchased and submitted to the college library, to replace the lost copy.<br \/>\n. Decision on out-of-print books will be taken by the Library Committee.<br \/>\n. Borrowed books are to be returned before appearing for any Semester Examinations. No Mark sheet will be issued unless library clearance is issued<br \/>\nby the library staff.<\/p>\n<p><strong>General Rules:<\/strong><br \/>\n. <strong>&#8216;Library Card&#8217;<\/strong> is compulsory for all enrolled students for availing of library facilities.<br \/>\n. In case of any grievances, students can submit a written complaint in the box kept outside the library. It will be duly addressed by the Library<br \/>\nCommittee.<br \/>\n. No admission is permitted in the Study Room without proper Student Identity Card.<br \/>\n. Books\/any materials issued in the reading room will have to be returned before leaving the Study Room.<br \/>\n. Issue\/Return of books MUST be done within 5 PM on working days. Book-lending services are open to Students and faculties from Monday to<br \/>\nSaturday.<br \/>\n. Faculties can take maximum 8 books.<br \/>\n. Reference books may be used within the library reading room only.<br \/>\n. The students are not allowed to access any social networking sites, games, etc.<br \/>\nThe library rules framed above are subject to change from time to time as and when the Library Committee deems it necessary.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>.
